Mild Left Foraminal Stenosis What Does This Mean In Layman's Terms?

What does this mean in layman's terms? - mild left foraminal stenosis

My impression on the MRI that I said:

Correction of Zervikallordose.

Marked right and mild left foraminal stenosis at C3-4 osteophyte.

Disc / osteophyte complex at C5-6, which moderate stenosis of the foramen on the left and right and front minimally coupling cable.

Disc / osteophyte complex at C6 / 7 resulting in mild stenosis of right to left and scored the foramen.

Any help would be very grateful. I thank you all for your time.
